My Bridal Giftby ~RhyssaFireheart

A gift for my friends Sheri and Ben for their wedding. I wanted to do something different and special for them both.

The design is pretty simple overall, as it's been ages since I've done a serious watercolor picture. I think the blue flowers and the lighter pink flower came out really well. The orangeish-yellow flowers are all right (and were even worse looking before I really worked on them) but that pink daisy looking flower.. no idea what I was aiming for. The pink ampersand turned out far more pink than I intended, but it still works.

Watercolors, about 5-6 hours total painting plus maybe an hour fiddling with the design.

Thanks! My friend said she really liked it and was showing everyone else there. I feel a bit bad that I didn't find a frame for it and left that part for her, but she can get something she likes and fits her house better.

I think it's often better to let others pick out their own frames. Some people like plain black while others prefer wood grain. You did the hard part. She can do the easy part.
